Disney Hannah Montana 3/4 Sized Acoustic Guitar

Very nice guitar for being a signature item!5

I bought this guitar last spring for my daughter's birthday. Being a musician myself I figured it would probably be a typical cheap type guitar but good enough for her to start strumming around and learn to play. I was however very impressed. The guitar is made by Washburn and it really plays nicely and has great sound. In fact I find it holds tune very well and a lot easier to play than my own full size guitar. The action is set low and easy for a beginner. It has dot indicators on the side of the fret board to help beginners with learning the fret positions. This guitar is well built and even nice looking for being a celebrity signature item.More detail ...

Awesome guitar.5

This is an awesome guitar. It sounds great and looks great. It is reasonably priced for this quality of guitar.

The guitar case that it comes with is an awesome hard shell case and I have seen the same one selling on the internet for over $70 alone.

My only qualms are with Amazon who shipped me the natural finish instead of the black finish. I have decided to keep the natural finish but I have contacted Amazon about their mistake.

Definitely worth the money.More detail ...

Washburn Vintage Series R314KK Acoustic Guitar

Beautiful4

I love this guitar. I checked the guitar for fret buzzing. No buzzing at all. That was my first criteria.I then checked the sound. It was pretty good. That was my second criteria. Then I played for a while. I loved it. Things you should know: The neck is V shaped and wider than an Acoustic Guitar but not as wide as a Classic Guitar; G7th performance capo works fine because it has wedges on the curved part; It's very light; looks pretty good; the sound is very good I was actually surprised; it was made in Indonesia. I'm not a technical guy regarding guitars. I just got a very good model. Some guitar's stores have it. If you are too crazy about buying a Guitar online try it at your local store first. I took a chance!More detail ...

Washburn Steel String Travel Acoustic Guitar (Black)

love the guitar not the case4

My son got this guitar for Christmas and loves it. Ih has great sound and it is just the right size to take to parties the beach and to school. Unfortunately the zipper broke on the case the first time he used it. It looked like it zipped but the zipper pulled apart and the guitar fell on the floor when he picked it up. Amazon issued a full refund and my son ordered another hoping the zipper problem was an isolated incident. Will let you know how it goes with the second.More detail ...

Perfect practice/vacation guitar.5

I did a great deal of research into travel guitars this one has excellent qualities and features at a reasonable price. I was originally looking at the Martin Backpacker but found that it was a bit on the expensive side and did not include the extras that the Washburn Rover came with.

Excellent fit and finish. The machines are of decent quality and work well. The full size fretboard is of good quality. The sound is very good. Anyone thinking that this will take the place of their regular acoustic should note that it is a practice/travel guitar and does not "project" sound as fully as a full sized acoustic. The case is an excellent bonus and works well with the provided backpack straps. I was delighted that it came with a strap picks an extra bridge w/shims a truss rod wrench and a DVD. The DVD is geared toward the novice but includes a neat little program that will allow you to use your computer/laptop as a tuner. When the guitar arrives I would recommend that you: open the case and let it air out for a week or two (strong lacquer smell) and take it to shop that specializes in acoustic instruments and have the action set up (intonation and string height). Also note: The full size neck tends to make the guitar top heavy not a problem when used with a strap. Also you may want to have the shop attach a strap peg on the back of the neck where the neck attaches to the body. All in all...a great instrument for the money.
